Eligibility & Admission Procedure
- Students who have passed the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (10th Standard / SSLC) or any other examination recognized by the Pre University Education Board of Karnataka are eligible for admission to I Year PUC.
- Candidates from outside Karnataka shall produce Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate
- Caste Certificate in the prescribed form duly signed by the Tahshildar shall be enclosed for claiming concessions and privileges earmarked for such students for selection and admission.
- Application Forms downloaded from the Karnataka PU board website must be duly filled and submitted to the Principal on or before the specified date.
- It is requested that only 'Certified Copies' of T.C. and Marks Card are attached with the application form and not the originals.
- The names of the selected candidates will be announced on the Notice Board of the College on the informed date. Those who do not get admitted before the specified date will forfeit their admission right.
- Languages offered shall be the same as those offered at the 10th Standard.
- There is no provision for change of subject or section after the admission.
- Management reserves the right to admission.
On Admission, The Students Shall Produce
- Original SSLC Marks Card for verification with a photocopy.
- Original Transfer Certificate with a photocopy.
- Original Demand Draft for the amount notified as announced in the fee structure.
- ICSE/CBSE students shall submit two photo copies of both Marks Card and Transfer
Certificate.
- Parents should accompany their wards at the time of admission.

General Information
- 75% of attendance in each subject is compulsory to write the annual exam. Principal has no power to condone attendance.
- Shortage of attendance will be displayed every month on the Notice Board.
- Tests & Examinations are compulsory to attend.
- Leave letter should be submitted to the class teacher in case of leave or absence.
- Science students should wear apron compulsorily in the chemistry lab.
- Students should maintain complete discipline in the classroom and college campus, else strict action will be taken.
- Students should wear their Identity card compulsorily.
- Students are strictly warned not to use mobile phones in the campus.
- Students should bring their parents to the college on any working day once in a month compulsorily and meet the Class Teacher / Vice Principal / Principal between 8-00 a.m. to 2-30 pm.

- Fee is paid only once in year i.e. at the beginning of Academic Year.
- College authorities will not collect any cash during any part of the year.
- Parents are strictly advised to attend the Parent-Teachers’ Meetings.For the convenience of parents, it will be conducted on Sundays. The same with be intimated.
- Mentor System is introduced for the Students where 20 students will be under One Lecturer / Mentor. Parents are advised to meet the Mentors and get the required information about their wards.
- Students are not allowed to enter the campus after 8-10 a.m They should be in their classrooms before 8-00 a.m.
- The parents and students should follow Institutional Plan.
- Science Students should attend the Labs regularly and update the Record Books.
